Evelyn Wong is an MPhil candidate and Marshall Scholar in the Division of Medicine, using computational and experimental approaches to understand the role of feedback in the visual cortex.

She graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University, where she earned her B.A. in Neuroscience and Spanish Literature. Completing her thesis under Dr. Edward Boyden at the MIT McGovern Institute, Evelyn harnessed molecular and computational models to develop novel technologies for mapping brain architecture.

Outside of the lab, Evelyn can be found playing for the UCL Women's Basketball Team, mentoring refugee youth, and scouting for tacos in London!
