FIrst experiment with axograph X on the iMac. 
Rat p20- operation went well, but couldn't get cells. First few pipettes
looked ok, but then nothing came out. Tried 4 drilling holes, and ended
up with one cell for very short recording (depth 1187, traces 7,8,9,10,11)
Suspect that the temp of rat was too low at begining (less than 32) and 
it was too bad.
