p23,50 g. Urathane 350+60 but was still whisking. Added 100.
Was 38.5 C when put on the rig, but the temperature servo from Ian
could only hold it at 34.9 most of the experiment. Then we fixed it, but
it was a bit  too late (towards the end of the first cell).
Durotamy was difficult, at least 3 times.
PW was B3 (coordinate -2.3x5.2).
There where many seals (mostly with the new long pipettes)
Two cells with data. First (at the 34.8 C) with low firing rate. Depth 1168 um. Traces 1-6 Protocol PM-25_50 plus minus.
Then another cell but only managed to start on protocol and it was gone.
Third cell from 9-12 had good recording and many spikes (should be almost enough).
