operation ok, some bleeeding in drill. 
Dura looks ok, but not really. Could not find PW with 3 pipettes and gave up.
Got 3 cells in L5. Not sure if enough data from the first, but
should be ok with other two. 
Used pipettes from the new puller and they seem good. (need 44.9 on the second step).
Fixed.
cell 1 4-6 (no motor)
Cell 2 8-12 (no motor)
Cell 3 14-17 - (with motor and seems to make a difference to spike rate).
